Shipping Details
To avoid any misunderstanding the following information is hereby stated:
1. All shipping rates are for United States only (excluding Alaska and Hawaii.) If you are in these areas or outside the U.S., contact us or when we get the order, we will contact you to see how you want to handle the extra shipping cost.
2. Most orders are rated to ship via Priority Mail by the U.S. Postal Service if they are under 3 pounds.
3. Orders over 3 pounds are usually shipped FedEx, Airborne Express or UPS as this saves the customer money on shipping although it takes a few days longer.
4. FedEx, Airborne Express or UPS DOESN'T ship to P.O. Boxes, APOs and some remote areas. If you have an order that is going to be over 2 pounds including packaging, are located in an area that FedEx, Airborne Express or UPS doesn't deliver to, or your order is going to a P.O. Box, APO or a remote location, you have the option of paying the extra charge for shipping via the Postal Service, either Priority Mail or Parcel Post.
5. If this situation arises you can contact us or we will contact you to see what you want to do, or look at the bottom of this page to add the extra shipping.

Example: If you order 4 Toddys for Xmas gifts and want them sent to 4 different people:
| 1. Order the 4 Toddys.
2. Click on Back Button. 3. Put a 4 in the Extra Shipping box and click on the add to cart button. 4. The shopping cart will show the regular shipping plus the additional shipping. 5. In the Comments or Special Instruction box at the bottom of the order form, list the different names and addresses where you want the Toddys sent. It would be helpful to also send an e-mail with the names and addresses. 6. If all of this seems too confusing, give us a call or give us your number and we will call you and do what it takes to get your gifts out on time. |
